Have you ever come across one of those people that seem to just get it?

They seem connected, they have pleasant confidence that just makes you feel good to be around them. You can feel the energy coming off these people. Back in the day, they called it having animal magnetism.

Do you think they folks are walking around life looking for all the answers?

Dont they seem like they have them already?

What gives them this seemingly super power to create whatever they desire in life?

Its not that they have all the answers.

Its that theyve asked a few key questions.

When you have the right answers, you dont need to waste time searching for them.

As a former systems engineer I spent a lot of time getting to the core of some very complex problems. The systems Ive designed and written have run several multi-million dollar corporations and have had billions of dollars run through them.

One of the reasons that I am good at diagnosing and fixing problems in these systems is because of a simple concept one of my professors made sure we understood.

Make sure you are asking the right questions, and solving the right problems.

Thats what these folks that just seem to get it understand.

They ask themselves, what is at the core of this issue? They realize that symptoms are effects and start looking for their cause.

Ive applied my years as a system engineer to the systems that we use to create our lives. I call my work Human Being 2.0 ” The Human Operating System.

In my studies I found that one simple observation, one simple shift in attitude, can short-circuit a huge number of problems that people spend years trying to find the right answers to.

Everything is energy. Energy is intelligent. All energy vibrates. All energy harmonizes with all other energy.

You have the ultimate power and authority to create your life however you are inspired to do so.

However, you must seize the authority and power and use it. Hone the skills and craft of creating your life. If you dont, your life will be created for you.

Action must be taken. Active thought must be involved. Keen observation is required.

Inspired thought produces the most powerful action.

Clarity produces the most inspired thought.

Love produces the greatest and purest clarity.

Has your fitness motivation left you, well, unmotivated? You’re not alone. The desire to get in shape but the failure to achieve it is near epidemic. Obesity runs rampant and is also near epidemic if not full-blown in the United States.

Even the thin are not necessarily fit. Recent research has shown that a build up of fat tissue around the organs can be a health problem, even when a person appears not to be overweight.

If you’re being honest with yourself, you have to admit that you’re at your best when you’re physically fit. If you get tired walking up a flight of stairs, you know what I mean. Fit people are more equipped to handle daily challenges.

Poor fitness motivation affects most of us at one point or another. The fitness industry encourages it by selling billions of dollars worth of products, pills, and packaged food every year. This should tell you that without a doubt, most people are looking for the answer.

Complete fitness involves effective, regular exercise, and proper nutrition, not a magic pill. The reason we have poor fitness motivation is often due to unrealistic expectations and commercial brainwashing. So, the very industry that promises solutions is partly to blame for your poor fitness motivation.

If you’ve tried to get in shape and lose weight but failed, you may have fallen prey to the following issues:

Not enough return for the effort. If you don’t see results fairly quickly, you won’t remain motivated. Makes sense, right?

Too many distractions and choices. It’s great to have choices in life. The problem is that at some point, you have to choose a plan and stick to it. Thousands of messages are hitting you every week telling you that you can lose weight without dieting or exercise, and perpetuating myths.

Every exercise and diet program tells you they’re the best. Spinning, Pilates, traditional cardio, magic pills, and gym memberships and fitness machines endorsed by celebrities all claim to be the best path to fitness.

Maybe you should just take a pill or eat some magic fruit and be done with it. That sounds better than sweating up a storm, don’t you think?

Do you have difficulty staying on plan? With so many distractions, it’s easy to self-sabotage. If you don’t have a plan or system to follow to begin with, it’s easy to let yourself get out of shape over the years.

Here are a few suggestions for renewing your fitness motivation:

One of the most important things you can do is shut out the noise. Stop watching infomercials, paying attention to celebrity endorsements, and listening to the myths.

You must find a plan that is right for you. Look for a method that includes boosting your metabolism, more efficient workouts, and proper nutrition. The old cardio workouts are out. Newer research from exercise physiologists and Dr. Al Sears, M.D. show better results from interval training.

You have to commit or you’ll never make it. Don’t hop from one program to another. Success takes consistent time and effort, even with the best plans. Once you find a fitness plan that works for you, stick to it.

Track results. Track your results and see what’s working. Adjust your plans if needed, and refocus your efforts. Do more of what’s working and stop doing what isn’t.

If you want to make a big change, make lots of little changes. Don’t turn your life upside down to accommodate your fitness plan. Instead, find a way to work it into your schedule without disrupting things. Find a complete and workable fitness plan and commit to it. Track your results, and adjust as needed until you get the results you want.

Men used to be proud of their body hair. Even in 1970 men perceived themselves as “macho” if they had a lot of body hair. Those times, however, are long gone and now anyone who would like to be elegant, or at least clean, need to reduce his body hair population. This trend has started among women, but whether we like it or not, we’re in the middle of it right now.

Of course, opposing this trend is still possible, but there are two strong reasons against it. First and foremost, women do prefer those men who look cleaner and neater. A lot of hair on the chest and back will discourage even the most desperate women. Then, there is also a matter of work. In many jobs (a professional bodybuilder is only one of them), it is expected that one will have very little body hair.

Getting Rid of Hair: A Guide For Males

Most males, if forced to remove their body hair, first turn to shaving. They know it well, and they sure as heck are afraid of waxing (and for good reasons, one can’t imagine how painful it may get). The only problem is that shaving is good for head and face, but not for the rest of the body. First, shaving needs to be repeated regularly. Then, it requires operating very sharp edges near the most sensitive areas – and the risk of skin injury is real.

Another possible method is tweezing – pulling the unwanted hair with a tweezer. Workout 1 – Crunches

Lie flat on your back on the ground. Take a deep breath, suck in your stomach, keep your eyes focused on the ceiling, and raise your upper body offthe ground until it is at a 45-degree angle with the floor. Don’t pull on your neck, as this can lead to forward head posture, neck pain and, in extreme cases, migraine headaches. Be in this posture for 2 to 3 secs and then return to your normal position.

Proposed repetitions : 3 sets of 10 to 15 reps.

Easy ab exercises 2 – Standing side bends

Stand up straight and suck in your stomach. Keeping your legs straight and your arms at your sides, lean from left to right. Make sure you don’t rotate at the hips; rather, keep your upper body in a forward-facing position and simply bend your body left and right. This mainly helps in developing your side abdominal and lower back muscles .

Proposed Repetition : 3 sets of 10 to 15 reps.

Easy ab exercises 3 – Double crunches

It is a combination of knee raise and crunches and helps in developing lower abdominal region.

Lie flat on your back against the floor with your legs in the air and your knees bent at a 90-degree angle so that your calves are parallel with the floor. Take a deep breath, suck in your stomach, look up, and raise your upper body off the ground until it is at a 45-degree angle with the floor. Once again, make sure not to pull your neck. Hold the contraction for 2 to 3 seconds and get back to the starting position.

Proposed Repetitions : 3 sets of 10 to 15 reps.
